Reach out and let's talk

Contact us through our online enquiry form, give us a call, or send an email. We'll have a friendly conversation about your needs, goals, and questions. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, a loved one, or a client, we're here to listen and help you understand how music therapy can support your journey.

What happens: Initial conversation (15-20 minutes)

No obligation: This is a chance to learn more and see if we're the right fit

Comprehensive Assessment

Understanding your unique needs

We conduct a thorough assessment to understand your strengths, challenges, preferences, and therapeutic goals. This might include discussing your medical history, current abilities, what you hope to achieve, and what types of music resonate with you. For NDIS participants, we'll review your plan and ensure music therapy aligns with your funded supports.

What happens: Initial assessment session (60-90 minutes)

Collaborative: We work with you, your family, and your support team

Outcome: A personalised music therapy session plan

Tailored Therapy Sessions

Your goals, your music, your progress

Your registered music therapist designs and delivers sessions specific to your goals. Whether that's improving speech and communication, managing anxiety, enhancing mobility, processing emotions, or building social connections, each session is crafted around what matters most to you. Sessions may include singing, playing instruments, songwriting, listening, movement to music, or other evidence-based techniques.

What happens: Regular therapy sessions (typically 30-60 minutes)

Flexible delivery: In-home, at a facility, or at our therapy space

Evidence-based: Using Neurologic Music Therapy® and other proven approaches
