Our Sessions
Session 1
9.30 AM - 10.15 AM
- Get moving with percussion and other instrument playing.
- Turn up the volume on your favourite tracks
- Play along with recordings/videos for a 'live band' feel.
- Upbeat song requests very welcome (e.g., rock, pop, metal).
Morning Tea
10.15 AM - 10.45 AM
- Food and refreshments provided.
- Time to relax, chat, and connect.
- Morning tea is included regardless of whether you attend one or two sessions.
Session 2
10.45 AM - 11.30 AM
- Sing and listen to music as a group.
- Connect and relax with acoustic music.
- Talk about the songs or artists you know.
- Low-key song requests very welcome (e.g., pop, folk, crowd-pleasers).
